We wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the installation of the petroleum marketing equipment at our new store in Janesville by Oil Equipment Company. Your employees did a timely and professional job installing and testing our system, including: underground storage tanks; footings; canopy; piping system; pump islands; concrete pads; dispensers; spill containment, tank monitoring and leak detection systems; all permits; outside lighting; air-vac; and complete outside (high and low voltage) electrical system. Everything is working well.
We made the decision to go with Schlumberger 4330 Dispensers (four 6-hose 3PD's plus one 2-hose 1PD for Diesel) over the comparable Gilbarco models. We feel the Schlumberger Dispensers are good looking, well received by our customers, a good value, easy to service, and have proven to be very reliable. The interface with our POS System (3 fully integrated checkout terminals) thru Schlumberger's PIC box has been reliable.
We have also found your service department to be responsive and able to solve our problems. You have well-equipped service trucks and knowledgeable mechanics. In our business, getting back up and running, and having problems fixed right the first time, is critical.
We are very proud of our newest Lions Quick Mart. Sales are running well ahead of projections. Oil Equipments WIN/WIN attitude has made this project very successful. We look forward to working with Oil Equipment in the future.
